FarmOps Terms of Use

By downloading or using FarmOps ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

FarmOps is a record-keeping and reminder tool for farm management: herd records, breeding events, treatments and withdrawal periods, machinery service, field operations, warehouse stock, and finances. It also lets you optionally submit reports to the Polish ARiMR / IRZplus registry using your own connected account.

The App is informational and organizational only. It is not a substitute for veterinary judgment, agronomic advice, or legal/regulatory compliance review. Reminders (e.g. pregnancy checks, drying-off dates, medicine withdrawal periods, insurance renewals) are calculated from data you enter, and are provided for your convenience only.

Decisions about your animals, crops, machinery, and farm are yours to make, not the App's or its authors' — including treatment decisions, milk or meat withdrawal timing, and any reports submitted to ARiMR/IRZplus. It's a good idea to verify dates and data that matter for animal health, food safety, or regulatory compliance against your own records and, when appropriate, a veterinarian or agronomist.

The App's calculations and reminders are only as accurate as the data you enter. We are not responsible for losses arising from incomplete, incorrect, or late data entry, from missed notifications (e.g. due to device settings, connectivity, or OS behavior), or from offline data not yet synced.

Reports submitted through the App's IRZplus integration are sent under your own connected account and are your responsibility. The App transmits what you tell it to; it is your obligation to review each report before it is sent and to meet the legal deadlines and requirements set by ARiMR independently of any reminder the App provides.

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App's authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of animals, crops, income, or data — arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the App's profile screen.

We may update these terms as the App changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
